Yes, my e-books are also available at a number of locations besides Amazon. For international (non-US, non-UK) customers, it might sometimes be cheaper to buy from Apple or from Smashwords rather than from Amazon, because there is no international delivery charge.
However, please note that the reviews are more honest on Amazon Kindle (where a rating cannot be anonymous and must be backed by a review) than on Apple, though I don't have access except through a PC.
