My books at the Apple Itunes Bookstore

Yes, my e-books are also available at a number of locations besides Amazon. For international (non-US, non-UK) customers, it might sometimes be cheaper to buy from Apple or from Smashwords rather than from Amazon, because there is no international delivery charge.

However, please note that the reviews are more honest on Amazon Kindle (where a rating cannot be anonymous and must be backed by a review) than on Apple, though I don't have access except through a PC.

 The books on each platform are not the same; I sometimes unpublish books, and it isn't easy to keep up with every platform.
Confession: I don't own an e-reader yet; I'm waiting for the moment when my royalty income exceeds my rent. But I can't think of a nicer gesture during Christmas and the New Year to give someone a gift that will keep them laughing. Such as:
